Lady Liberty

Yes, today in 1885 the Statue of Liberty was presented as a friendship gift from the people of France. Also today in history one of our other great ladies of the United States was tried for illegally voting- Susan B. Anthony. The symbol of democracy and freedom. What is the word I am looking for here???
